How can I place an order?

Browse through our collection to find something you want to buy, and click "add to cart." After you finish your shopping review the items in your cart and either proceed to checkout, or select an alternative payment method. On the checkout page, you'll need to provide your shipping address, contact information, any other required details for delivery, and select your shipping method. Then, Enter your payment details, including credit card number, expiration date, and CVV code, or choose an alternative payment method such as PayPal or Google Pay. Before completing your purchase, carefully review the order summary to ensure that all the details are accurate, including the item, quantity, price, shipping address, and payment information. Once you're satisfied with the order details, click on the "Pay Now" button to finalize your transaction. After placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email with an order number. When the item has been shipped, you will receive another email with Tracking information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Venmo, Google Pay, and Shop Pay!

What is your return policy?

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Some items, such as personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at textualtidbits@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure safe delivery.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow at least 5 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
  • In certain circumstances, exceptions to our return policy may be made at our discretion. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Orders can be cancelled by emailing customer support.

Unfortunately at this time we cannot modify orders after they have been placed.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer support immediately for a refund and instructions on returning the item(s).

What if I have a problem with my order after the return period has ended?

Please contact customer support with any issues regarding your items. We will do our best to work with you to resolve the issue, but unfortunately we do not guarantee refunds after the return period has ended.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We offer international shipping. Just select your country from the dropdown menu at the top of the home screen.
